Old Northeast Neighborhood

St. Petersburg is a diverse and vibrant city with many unique neighborhoods, each with its own character and charm.

One of the most picturesque and historic neighborhoods is Old Northeast, which is known for its beautiful homes, tree-lined streets, and access to Coffee Pot Bayou.

Walking through Old Northeast feels like stepping back in time. The neighborhood features stunning architecture from the early 1900s, including classic Spanish and Craftsman-style homes. Many of these homes have been carefully preserved and renovated over the years, giving the neighborhood a timeless quality.

Another great neighborhood in St. Petersburg with old charm is Historic Kenwood. It is located just west of Downtown and is known for its beautiful bungalows, brick streets, and tree-lined avenues.
